DaChen is Professor at College of Harbour, Coastal and Offshore Engineering, in Hohai University. He had completed his Ph. D during 2002-2005 Ph.D.Civil Engineering. University Lille 1: Sciences and Technologies,France. He has published many articles and attended International conferences to present his research papers. He has received First prize of Science and Technology progress Award in Higher Education, China Ministry of Education in the year of 2019
