Mr. Safazadeh is a Ph.D. graduate from the University of Utah in the Transportation and Highway Engineering group with an emphasis on asphalt pavement. He has experienced research and teaching background with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. His expertise is in the investigation of fatigue cracking via the evaluation of fractures in viscoelastic medium.
